Oxford, surgeon, Executor of the Will of his brother, John Horniblow of Shipston-upon-Stour, surgeon, deceased, to Frederick Francis Findon of the same place, gent., of copyhold lands in Shipston-upon-Stour, being part of the lands called Middlehurst and a messuage built by the said John Horniblow on the said lands in the occupation of William Rawlings, which premises were mortgaged by the said John Horniblow to the said Thomas Halford for £800. To hold by copy of court roll from the Dean and Chapter of Worcester, Lords of the Manor of Shipston and Blackwell. Consideration: £1,800 including £800 repaid to the said Thomas Halford. [Findon]
