Abstract of title (1830) of William Wallis to a parcel of land containing 1911 square yards, being part of a Close called College Paddock, bounded on the east by College Street and on the South, West and North by other parts of the said Paddock in Stratford-upon-Avon, commencing with a conveyance, dated 30 October 1824, from Henry Farington of Manchester, merchant, and others, to William Wallis of Clifford Chambers, farmer, and ending with the will of the said William Wallis, dated 28 March 1830.
