Draft abstract of title (1862) of William Scrubey to two pieces of land in Snitterfield, commencing with a conveyance dated 30 October 1846, between Richard Mousley of Snitterfield, cordwainer, of the first part, William Scrubey of Snitterfield yeoman, of the second part, and James Stringer of Stratford-upon-Avon, gent., of the third part, and ending with an agreement dated 9 February 1847, between Mark Philips of The Park, near Manchester, esq., and William Scrubey.
