Indenture dated 2 Nov: 8 James (1610) between Sir Thomas Leigh of Stoneley, kt, and Thomas Spencer of Lincolnes Inne. assigning the latter his interest in the remaining term of years of the manor and parke of Fletchampstead. in part performance of articles between Thomas, Lord Ellesmere Lord Chancellor of England, and himself, to the said Thomas Spencer and Thomas Chamberlayne.
