Description

Gift from Thomas de Stoke of Baddesleye to Richard le Haunuile of one messuage and an adjacent croft which John Aleyn held of the said Thomas. To hold the same from the chief lords of the fee for due and customary service, rendering annually to the said Thomas 12d. at the two terms, 6d. at the feast of St. Michael and 6d. at the feast of the Annunciation of the Blessed Mary in lieu of all services except foreign service of the King. The said Thomas was also to receive a heriot of the best beast after the death of the said Richard. Warranty clause. Sealing clause.
