Gift with warranty from John Huwet of Stuyvechale to John de Leycestre of Stoneleye and Walter Deyvyle of Bubbubhull' of a messuage and ten acres of land with appurtenances in Styvechale, situated as follows; one acre between the land of William Gylkus and the land of Thomas Parker; 6 selions at le Ruydyngstyle between the land of Thomas Parker and the land of John Deye; half an acre `othe Whyte' next to the land of John Clerk; half an acre at Welle Ende next to the land of Edmund Horde; 2 acres together in Merden next to the land of John de Merton'; one selion with one ?headland (checon') lying upon Nynelondes next to the land of Robert de Barowe; half an acre upon Chyrchefurlong' next to the land of John Deye; one acre in le Parkefeld' upon Seveneacres next to the land of John de Merton'; half an acre at Parkehurne next to the land of William Gybben; half an acre in le Watergall' next to the land of Thomas atte Grene; half an acre in Tocheheys next to the land of John Deye; half an acre at Parkhurne next to the land of the said Edmund; and half an acre in le Parkehurne next to the land of the said Edmund; to hold the same for ever of the chief lord of the fee.
