Assignment from Elizabeth Vyner of St. Clement's Dane, Middlesex, widow, to Thomas Vyner of Ethrope, gentleman, of the lease of the rectory of Northlach, reciting: i) 20 October 1675 Lease from John, Bishop of Gloucester, to Elizabeth Vyner, for the lives of Thomas Vyner, gentleman, son of the late Dr. Thomas Vyner, Dean of Gloucester, and the said Elizabeth Vyner, Elizabeth Snell, wife of John Snell of London, goldsmith, and Honour Vyner, daughters of the said Dr. Thomas Vyner and Elizabeth Vyner, of the rectory of Northlach, rendering annually £11. ii) 20 June 1682 Mortgage from Elizabeth Vyner to William Millet of London, gentleman, acting for Sir Robert Vyner, late knight and Alderman of the city of London, of the rectory of Northlach for the lives of the said Thomas Vyner, Elizabeth Snell and Honour Vyner to secure £500. iii) 20 October 1682 Mortgage from Elizabeth Vyner to William Millet, acting for Sir Robert Vyner, of the Cellar of Ludgate, London, to secure £200. iv) 15 August 1692 Bond from ------ Browne, executrix of William Millet, Thomas Vyner of St. Martin's in the Field, Middlesex, esquire, executor of Sir Robert Vyner, to deliver up the mortgages recited nos.ii and iii. v) 15 August 1692 Bond from Thomas Vyner of St. Martin's in the Field and Elizabeth Vyner to ------ Browne, in the penal sum of £1,400 to save her harmless. vi) 15 August 1692 Assignment from Elizabeth Vyner to Thomas Vyner of St. Martin's in the Field of the above leases and mortgages to save him harmless.
