Description

Declaration by Juliana Knight of 36 Montagu Square co. Middx. widow and Charles Raleigh Knight of the same place esq. (1) The said Juliana Knight declared that she was the widow of the late Henry Raleigh Knight mentioned in the annexed declaration (C) of William Walter Fuller; that the said H.R. Knight and herself were the persons mentioned in the annexed certificate (B); that she was the mother of the said C.R. Knight and that he was the same person as was mentioned in the said declaration and in the annexed baptismal certificate (A); that the said C.R. Knight was the eldest surviving son of the said late H.R. Knight, and that there was but one elder son who died in his infancy without having been married; and that the said H.R. Knight during his life professed the Protestant religion, and bore and used arms borne and used by the late Robert earl of Catherlough. (2) The said Charles Raleigh Knight declared that he was the person named in the annexed declaration (C) and in the baptismal certificate (A), and that he professed the Protestant religion, and bore and used the arms borne and used by the late Robert earl of Catherlough.
