Glouc., yeomen, (creditors of George Hands), and the said George Hands and Richard Hands, of London, his son, to Joseph Smith, of Stratford, ironmonger, of a lease, dated 23 December 1703, from Charles [Sackville], Earl of Dorset and Middlesex, to the said George Hands of a piece of ground adjoining Wood Street, Stratford, for 99 years, if the said George Hands, Anne his wife (since deceased) and Richard Hands should so long live.
