Description

Feoffment from Joseph Hunt of Shipston-upon-Stour, gent., to Mark Noble of Stratford-upon-Avon, maltster, of a piece of ground adjoining the yard of the said Mark Noble, from the cherry orchard of the said Joseph Hunt, bounded on the North side by the garden belonging to Edward Clopton, esq., on the South side by the garden belonging to Thomas Paine, on the East side by the yard of the said Mark Noble, and on the West side by the cherry orchard of the said Joseph Hunt, within the Borough of Stratford-upon-Avon, now in the possession of the said Mark Noble: with a stipulation that if at any time the said Joseph Hunt or his heirs become possessors of a messuage situate in Church Street now in the possession of Edward Clopton the younger, esq., and by him bought from the said Joseph Hunt, then a portion of the piece of ground above granted lying next to the garden wall of the said Edward Clopton and extending from the garden of the said Mark Noble to the cherry orchard of the said Joseph Hunt in breadth five yards shall be reconveyed to the said Joseph Hunt.
