Description
Deed Poll under the hand of William Walford the younger of Banbury, gent., reciting ER3/2109-2110, whereby it was witnessed that the said William Walford the younger acknowledged and declared that the moieties in the premises described in ER3/2087 were appointed to him upon the following trusts: As to and concerning one undivided fourth part of each of the said moieties, to the use of William Walford the younger and his heirs; as to and concerning one other undivided fourth part of each of such moieties, in trust and to the use of Anne Walford, sister of the said William Walford the younger and her heirs for ever; as to and concerning one other such undivided fourth part of each of the said moieties, in trust for and to the use of Edward Gibbs Walford, brother of the said William Walford the younger and his heirs; and as to and concerning the remaining fourth part of each of the said moieties, in trust to the use of Theophilus Scott Walford, another brother of the said William Walford the younger and his heirs; the whole of the premises to be subject to the Mortgage for £2,000 described in ER3/2111-2112.
