Description
Agreement between Phillips Lyttelton the younger of Studley, co. Warwick., gent., and George Holyoake of Wolverhampton, co. Stafford., gent., to levy a fine of a messuage and lands in Studley declared to be and enure to the only use of the said Phillips Lyttelton the younger his heirs and assigns for ever.
