Description

Assignment by William Avery of Birmingham, co. Warwick, formerly mercer and draper and now scale beam maker, Richard Aston of the same, surgeon, and John Simcox of Camphill in the liberty of Bordesley parish of Aston near Birmingham, gent., trustees under a former assignment and Joseph Balden of Balsall Heath in the parish of Kingsnorton, co. Worcs., gent., with the privity of John Pitts of Tardebigg, co. Worcs., gent., executor of the will of John Smith late of Moseley in the parish of Kingsnorton, cordwainer, deceased, and of Letitia Smith of Moseley, widow of the said John Smith, to Robert Knight of Barrels, co. Warwick, esq., member of Parliament in consideration of £879.18s.3d paid to the first three and £200 to John Balden of the residue of a term of 1000 years in a messuage and lands in Studley.
