Warrant of attorney from Lady Harriett Ann Ferrars Ferrers and Marmion Edward Ferrers to Thomas Barrett and William Soudamore Dacie to appear for them in the Court of King's Bench and to suffer a judgement to be passed against them in the sum of £1500 at the suit of John Dixon, Andrew Amedee Mieville and James Kibblewhite; such judgement to act as further security for a bond of even date in the sum of £1500 to secure repayment of £750, being three years arrears for an annuity of £250 agreed to be paid by deed of 5 August 1833 (no DR 422/68)
