Agreement between Marmion Edward Ferrers of Baddesley Clinton, esq., and Joseph Newbery the elder of Leamington Priors, gentleman, and Joseph Newbery the younger of Rowington, farmer, and William Newbery of Kenilworth, farmer, (reciting Joseph Newbery the elder stands seized of the equitable redemption of mortgaged premises by agreement of 9 November 1841 as security for the repayment of £450 (no. DR 422/97) and whereas Marmion Edward Ferrers is indebted to Joseph Newbery the younger and William Newbery in the further sum of £400) that the said Joseph Newbery the younger and William Newbery shall stand seized of the said equitable redemption as security for the repayment of both sums (£850).
