Articles of Agreement between William Carter, Billericay, Essex, Samuel Silvester, late of Stratford-upon-Avon, since of Ullenhall, now Birmingham, yeoman, and Thomas Barnes, late of Snitterfield now Luddington, farmer, reciting conveyances of 29 June 1816 and 6 October 1817 and that no conveyance of assurance has been made to the said Silvester, who has agreed in consideration £5, to give up his claim to the premises. Now William Carter sells premises to Thomas Barnes for £230 which premises were lately in the occupation of Samuel Silvester, now of James Watkins and Samuel Smith.
