Robert Eyres Landor, Hitchenden, Bucks., and Henry Eyres Landor, Warwick, gent., to John Jackson, Wroxall, gent., to secure £2000 plus interest of Farm and buildings with arable and pasture lands in Alveston viz 'Flat Boyley', 'Hill Boyley', 'Hither Boyley', 'Little Radnill', 'Great Radnill', 'Rowley Ground', 'ffoddery piece', 'Barn ground', 'Middle Broadway', 'little ffoddery piece', 'Hither Broadway', 'Square Clift' or the' Barn ground', 'little Clift', 'Townsend Corner' and 'Clift Bank', 'Brome Close', 'Lower Broom Close', 18 acres on lower meadow, the 'Kick Hirst', the 19 leys and the 'Great Leys' being in all 277 acres formerly in the possession of Henry Stanley, late of Mary Stanley, widow.
