Conveyance by lease and release from Joseph Middleton and his mortgagee, William York, to Francis Badger of Honington, grazier (reciting nos. 205, 208-9) of a messuage and lands (specified) in Claverdon; to hold, as to a meadow called Ditchfield, to the use of Francis Findon of Shipston-on-Stour, gentleman, who has purchased the freehold of Joseph Middleton for £140; and as to the residue, to his own use, subject to the repayment by Joseph Middleton of £601 17s Od paid by Francis Badger to William York for the assignment of the mortgage.
