Pecuniary bequests to relations: - £150 to Thomas Edwards, Gaydon. - £100 to Avery Edwards, Gaydon. - £150 to Thomas Edwards, Alcester. - £100 to Hester, wife of -- Middleton, 'Bear Inn', Alcester. - £20 each to children of John Edwards, Alcester, deceased. - £50 to William Baylis, Burington [sic], Warks. - £50 to Richard Badger, Armscote. - £20 each to Thomas Parker, Meriden Mill and his sister. - £20 to Edward Hands, Radford [sic]. - £30 to John Bruce, Tiddington. - £20 to Samuel Bruce, Birmingham. - £10 to Sarah Reeve, Tiddington. - £10 to Margaret Bruce, Wellesbourne. - £15 each to children of Michael York, Henley-in-Arden, deceased. - £20 to children of William York, Halford, deceased. - £20 to William Voice, Halford. Executors: Richard Wyatt, Stratford-upon-Avon, gent., John Mills, Ingon, gent., and William Edwards, Alcester, joint executors. Codicil Revokes reversion of real estate to William Edwards and annuity to Mary York and devises all real and personal estate to Mary York and her heirs absolutely, chargeable with existing and additional pecuniary legacies, including £500 to William Edwards. Revokes appointment of William Edwards as executor and appoints Mary York in place. Probate granted to Mary York, spinster.
