Surrender of land: Clopton

Description

Surrender dated at London, Sunday after Feast of St. Nicholas, 11 Edward III [1337], by Robert de Stretford, Bishop of Chichester, to Walter de Cokefeld of Clopton, of a piece of land in Clopton called the Mote, which he had of the grant of Master John Geraud. Witnesses: Master Henry de Cokham, Adam de Stivynton, William de Chiltenham, John de Weston and others.
