Affidavit of Eliza Agnes, wife of William Walford of Banbury, that she was acquainted with Theophilus Walford theretofore of Chipping Norton, co. Oxon., afterwards of Red Lion Square, London, and subsequently of Waldershare, co. Kent., gent., and also with Agnes, his wife (nee Agnes Gibbs), both deceased, and that all their children died in infancy save one, Theresa, who died aged 15 years in the lifetime of her parents, unmarried.
