Abstract of title of Mrs. Mary Parker to two messuages and two yard land, also a cottage or close with appurtenances in Cowhoneyborn [Cow Honeybourne], commencing with a lease, dated 14 May 1593, from John Lord Lumley, Richard Lewkner and John Lampton to William Bagg; also to four fifth of the titles of the aforesaid leasehold land, commencing with a conveyance dated 15 March 1699, from Thomas and William Ashwin and John Harris to Matthew Bagg the younger; also to a quarter yard land in Chapel Honeyborn, commencing with a lease, dated 15 July 1649, from Richard Lampet to William Roberts; also to four fifths of the tithes of the aforesaid leasehold land, commencing with a conveyance, dated 20 June 1712 from William Ashwin to William Avery; also to a messuage and one yard land in Cowhoneyborn and a close adjoining and part of the Great Barn and of the demesne lands there, commencing with a conveyance, dated 1 June 1614 from Thomas Bloxam alias Ingles, to Thomas Radbourne and others; also to four fifths of the tithes of the aforesaid premises, commencing with a conveyance, dated 15 March 1699 from Thomas Ashwin and others to Richard Ingles; the title of the whole six parcels ending with a conveyance and assignment dated 15 December 1785 from Mary Parker and others to Cotterell Corbett.
