Description

Original counterpart conveyances by lease and release between Bernard Paulet and trustees (as in DR18/10/86/2/8) , settling estates to himself for life then his heirs and for default in tail male upon Lord Francis Paulet Englefield, Berks., with remainder for their lives to Francis Paulet of Amport, Hants., esq., son of Lord Henry Paulet, decd., Norton Paulet, only son and heir of Francis of Amport then to the heirs of the said Norton in tail male with remainder to Hon Charles Paulet, Earl of Wiltshire in tail male The copy signed by Bernard Paulet is endorsed with a memorandum, dated 19 July 1687 revoking the uses and settling the estates to the use of himself and his heirs forever.
