Gift from Thomas Rogers chaplain, Robert Pars and John Pars to William Pars son of Thomas Pars senior late of Brinkelow grazier of one burgage in Brinkelowe situate between the land of Henry Partrich' and the land of Thomas Pars brother of the said William; one croft called Warnerscrofte lying between the land of Robert Birde and the land of Richard Ardern', with divers selions in the fields there namely: three selions lying together in Ankeridyng between the land of Henry Pertrich' and Roger Lamperde, four selions lying together on the same culture between the land of Henry Pertrich' and Robert Birde, two selions lying on the same culture between the land of Henry Pertrich' and Le Kingespece (?): five selions lying on Ynych' between the land of Henry Pertrich' and Richard Wover, one butt of land lying on Fosse forlong between the land of Henry Pertrich' and Thomas Pars the younger, one selion lying in Hell' between the land of Thomas Pertrich' and Thomas Pars the younger, one rood lying on the same culture between the land of Henry Pertrich' and Thomas Pars the younger, three selions lying on Townes-Forlonge between the land of Henry Pertrich' and John Rowse, one butt lying on Rycrofte between the land of Henry Pertrich' and William Mores, five selions lying together on Sondepittes between the land of Henry Pertrich' and William Mores, one selion lying above Ottehull' next the lard of Henry Pertrich', ten selions lying beneath Wyne yardes with the headland at the upper end between the land of the rector and the land of Henry Pertrich'. Also the said grantors give to the said William Pars in the same meadows, one headland on Rycrofte next the headland of Henry Partrich' and Alice Whittney, two headlands in the same meadow between the meadow of Henry Pertrich' and John Lalford', one headland in Rycrofte between the land of the lord and of Henry Pertrich', two headlands lying in Bomer' between the land of John Lalford' and John Pars, two headlands in the same meadow next the land of the lord, one headland with the furrow (ferera) likewise annually according to ancient custom; which burgage croft, lands and meadow with all their appurtenances the grantors had by the gift and feoffment of Thomas Pars senior of Brinkelow deceased. Also the said grantors quitclaim to the said William Pars the said hereditaments, and direct that if the said William should die without heirs the said hereditaments will remain to Thomas Pars the younger and his heirs for ever; to hold the same of the chief lord of the fee.
