Bargain and sale by Richard Edge, Coventry, smith, to Baldwyn Hill, Stivichall, yeoman, for £50, of two closes with appurtenances in Canley called Dowlsford Closes, together with two meadows, divided into three, adjoining to the said closess and called Dowlesford Meadows, now or late in the occupation of William Farr, whose lease is to run until Lady Day next, and subject to an annuity of £5 8s 8d payable to the heirs of Richard Crosby, from payment of which Edge exonerates Hill.
