Description

Grant by Sir John Franklin of Willesden, Middlesex to Robert Roberts, parson of Hinxworth, Hertfordshire and Jeane his wife, for £500, of annuity of £60 chargeable upon the lands and premises of him, the said Franklin, in Hurst, Canley or Stoneleigh, now or late in the tenures of Mr Phipps and Mrs Sharrett of Coventry, together with his lands and messuages in Stivichall in the occupations of Mr Sergeant, Richard Snell, Widow Clerke, Widow Lee and Thomas Smith.
