[Copy] Marriage Settlement of Richard Cox, Wappenbury, yeoman and Mary Cox, Hunningham, daughter and heir of John Cox, late Hunningham, yeoman, deceased, whereby Richard Cox, in consideration £160 portion left to Mary by John, conveys to trustees Nathaniel Cox, Offchurch, yeoman, Richard Smith, Hunningham, yeoman and William Bradford, Meriden, yeoman, messuage, garden, backside and appurtenances in Hunningham in occupation Thomas Baylis; half yard land in Weston under Wetherley in occupation William Rowlinson, moiety of Cliff Meadow in Weston-under-Wetherley commonly known as Weston Meadow alias Mr. Stoughton's Piece. In trust for use of Richard Cox for life, then Mary for life as jointure, then to the heirs of their body or right heirs of Richard in default of issue. Endorsed 26 June 1732 by Richard Cox that he has original in his possession and will produce on request to Lord Leigh repurchase of Bridge Meadow.
