Appointment by John de Preston of Couentr' merchant, John Onley of Couentr' merchant, John Bukmor of Lapworth, Richard Byggyng of Couentr' and William atte Byrches chaplain of Nicholas Duddeley of Couentr' as their attorney to deliver seisin to Robert Burdet of Kyngeshull' in the parish of Stonley, Joan his wife, Thomas Burdet knt. lord of Arwe [Arrow], William Osbern' of Assheby Leger [Ashby St. Ledgers, co. Northampton] and John Hancoks chaplain of Watford of the manor of Baddesley Clynton' together with the advowson of the church of the said manor and all other appurtenances. Sealing clause.
