Assignment (and counterpart) from William Webbe of London gent. to Thomas Selbye citizen and woodmonger of London of a mortgage of property [in Long Stanton, co. Cambs.] which Thomas Burgoyne of Longestanton co. Cambs. gent. had bargained and sold to William Becher of London haberdasher by indenture dated 20 April 1581, and which the said Thomas Burgoyne and William Becher by their indenture dated 20 December 1585 had assigned to the said William Webbe and one John Burgoyne gent. and William Towse of the Inner Temple, London, gent.
