Counterpart lease from Sir Fowlke Grevile of Beauchampscourte co. Warwick knight to Alexander Kinge of London esq. of a piece of pasture ground in Longestaunton co. Cambs. called Leydoles, one side lying by Cleypitt piece and one end abutting on Stanwell way and the land of Lord Vaux in the occupation of Anthony Harrison, and five leys in a close between the leys belonging to the parsonage of St. Michaell on one side and the close belonging to John Morlens farm on the other, one end abutting on Cambridge way and the other on Littlemoore field, for 21 years at a rent of 25s. per annum. The lease included a condition that the tenant should not dispose of his interest in the premises to anyone without prior permission. Dated 31 May 41 Elizabeth.
