Release and quitclaim by Emma, widow of William Graund of Merton, 'in pura viduitate legitime potestate mea', to William Peyto and Sir John his son, the heirs and assigns of the said William, of all her right and claim in the lands, tenements, pastures and meadows which John, who was son and heir of the said William Graund granted to the said William Peyto, Sir John his son and their heirs and assigns, in Hodenhill, Astencote, Knightcote, Northend and Great Dasset, as in his charter more plainly appears.
