Assignment by John Morry of Church Tysoe [Middle Tysoe] and Dorothy, his wife to Joseph Price of Temple Tysoe [Lower Tysoe], blacksmith and Elizabeth, his wife, of a cottage etc. in Church Tysoe for £44. Citing an agreement dated 4 February 11 George I [1725] whereby Robert Hawten of Tadmarton, yeoman sold the property described to John Merry and Dorothy Hawten (now wife of John Merry).
