Conveyance by lease and release, for £53 5s, from William Calloway of Stratford-upon-Avon, yeoman, to William Buller of Stratford-upon-Avon, maltster, with William Bennett of Stratford-upon-Avon, victualler, as his trustee, of a messuage with garden on the Waterside, Stratford-upon-Avon, [No. 30 Waterside] formerly the estate of Philip Calloway, since of Samuel Hitchman the elder, now of William Calloway, and abutted on the north by a messuage belonging to William Buller, in the occupation of Philip Calloway and on the south by a messuage of Samuel Hitchman, in the occupation of William Freeman, contracted to be sold to William Buller. Premises being conveyed were formerly in the occupation of William Austin and now of William Slatter. Recital: 10 November 1808 Conveyance by Samuel Hitchman, the younger, (son of Samuel the elder), of North Mims, Hertford, yeoman formerly of Neasden, Willesden, Middlesex to William Calloway and Thomas Hawkes of Bridgetown, Old Stratford, farmer, his trustee.
