Bargain and sale for a consideration of 20/- between Adam Ingram of Old Stratford, labourer on the first part and on the first part and Nathaniel Mason of Stratford upon Avon, gent on the second part. Property: piece of land at the north end of Southern Lane near the river avon being 16' wide at the south end 14' wide from east to west in the middle and ten wide at the north end, in length 56' from the north to the south next to the river avon, excluding the passage. On part of which ground stood a tenament lately burnt with fire.
