Lease from year to for the annual rental of £135 and £20 per acre converted to tillage between Thomas Mason of Stratford upon Avon and William Buller of Stratford upon Avon, Maltster. Propery: closes of arable meadow and pasture at Clifford Chambers being 127 acres now in the occupation of William Buller. Conditions: Right of Mason and friends to hunt or course, no wood to be taken without licence, repairs to be undertaken by Buller but the timber to be provided by Mason, hay, straw and dung to be usd on the land also some conditions regarding the sowing of clover and rye grass.
