Various depositions regarding a coalyard and wharf in Southern Lane by the river, now used as a farmyard and long walk including: 7th April 1737 deposition regarding ownership by the Duke of Dorset; 7th April 1737 note by one of Mr Mason's tenants regarding a ditch or pit not belonging to the property; 7th April 1737 a signed sdtatement by John Ingram regarding the ownership of the ditch, stating that it belonged to the Duke's tenant.
