Further uses of Mortgage

Description

Deed for the further uses of mortgage between Thomas Prestwich the elder of Holme, Lancashire and Mary his wife on the first part; Thomas Prestwich of Holme, Lancashire on the second partand Nicholas Mosley of Ancoatts, Lancashire and Edward Cheetham of Cheetham, Lancashire on the third part. Conditions: Mosley and Cheetham to dispose of lands to raise money for the repayment of the mortgage dated 20th March 1656 and to pay £300 to Thomas Preswich the elder within one year of his death of Elizabeth Child of Mortlake (his wife) and the residue of the Manor and Lands not dold for the use of Thomas Prestwich.
