24 March 1881: Notices from Stratford-upon-Avon Charity Trustees to Richard Timms, gardener and John Butcher, nurseryman, both Stratford-upon-Avon, to quit separate pieces of garden ground near Warwick and Maidenhead Roads. With further notice to Timms, dated 25 March 1886. 27 October 1881: Agreement between Stratford-upon-Avon Charity Trustees and Richard Timms, for the yearly tenancy of piece of garden ground near Warwick Road. Plan. With correspondence 1886 with Timm's son John, Banbury, undertaking to pay arrears and guarantee rent.
