Burton Dassett: early deeds, Southend and Herdwick in Dasset

Description

Grant by John Peyto to John Rulyns of Great Derset [Burton Dasset] and Isabel his wife [inserted above line at each occurrence] of a half virgate of arable land in the fields of Southend and Herdwick in Dasset aforesaid, to hold to the said John and Isabel for their lives, paying annually seven shillings in lieu of services, at the two usual terms.

Right of distraint if rent in arrears.
