Grant for lives by William Peyto to Robert Prophet[?] of Radway, Margery his wife and Joan, daughter of Robert, of a messuage lying in Knightcote which Reginald Sweyn formerly held.
To hold of grantor and his heirs for their lives and the life of the longest liver, paying 4 shillings per annum in lieu of all services and a heriot upon the death of each grantee. If Margery or Joan die before Robert, then no heriot due.
