Draft deeds and papers relating to 'Holmhurst', 17 Warwick Road, Stratford-upon-Avon: All from or with consent of Stratford-upon-Avon Charity Trustees. 25 April 18 71: Assignment by Charles Dormer Pratt, Stratford-upon-Avon, corn merchant, to Ellen Pratt, Jane Elizabeth Pratt and Mary Ellen Pratt, spinsters (his sisters), for £250, of his share in house and contents in Warwick Road, devised to them all jointly by the will of their father Charles Dormer, who died 18 January 1863. 6 January 1893: Assignment by Ellen Pratt and Charles Dormer Pratt to Jane Elizabeth Gamble, widow (nee Pratt) of their shares in the one third share of their sister Mary Ellen Pratt, deceased in the house and premises in Warwick Road, Stratford-upon-Avon, known as 'Holmhurst'. 7 March 1901: Assignment by Jane Elizabeth Gamble, Stratford-upon-Avon, widow, to Fanny Wilson, 'Holmhurst', Stratford-upon-Avon, widow and her trustees, George Weston, Canon Frome, Ledbury, Herefordshire, farmer, and Frances [sic] Checketts, Berford, Worcs., gent., for £1000, of 'Holmhurst', Warwick Road, Stratford-upon-Avon,With block plan of land and properties on Warwick Road, north of the canal, forming part of the Tyler's Charity land.
