Draft deeds and papers relating to 'Grassholme, 16 Warwick Road, Stratford-upon-Avon: All from or with consent of Stratford-upon-Avon Charity Trustees. 27 October 1881: draft and counterpart lease from Charity Trustees to Mrs Elizabeth Sarah Burman, Stratford-upon-Avon, widow, for 14 years at £4 p.a., of a piece of garden ground to the rear of premises on Warwick Road formerly leased to Brooke Evans, now vested in Thomas Hutchings, but in the occupation of Mrs Burman. Counterpart has plan endorsed. 27 October 1881: Agreement with Mrs Burman for yearly tenancy of strip of garden ground adjoining piece leased above. Plan. 31 October 1895: Rough and fair draft lease for 14 years of garden ground as above 5 December 1901: Consent from Charity Trustees to Mrs Elizabeth Sarah Burman, for the underletting to Reginald Hudson, Edmund Street, Birmingham, printer, of garden ground held by lease. 24 June and 21 July 1904: Consent to assignment and draft assignment of lease by Elizabeth Sarah Burman, Stratford-upon-Avon, widow to Reginald Hudson, 'Grassholme', Warwick Road, Stratford-upon-Avon, printer, of house, grounds and garden known as 'Grassholme', for £1250.
