Draft deeds and papers relating to land between Warwick and Maidenhead Roads, Stratford-upon-Avon: All from or with consent of Stratford-upon-Avon Charity Trustees. 22 December 1911: Lease from Charity Trustees to John William Butcher, Stratford-upon-Avon, nurseryman and florist, for 14 years at £38 per annum, of two pieces of garden ground. Plan 23 December 1911: Lease from Charity Trustees to Reginald Hudson, Stratford-upon-Avon, printer, of garden ground in his occupation, lying behind premises on the Warwick Road, for 14 years at £24 per annum, with proviso that rent will be reduced to £20 if Town Council build a road connecting Tyler Street and Avenue Road. Plan 19 February 1914: Consent from Charity Trustees for Executors of John W. Butcher, deceased, to assign lease. 8 May 1914: Assignment by Mrs Annie Elizabeth Butcher, Cambridge, widow and William Pryor, Cambridge, ironmonger (executors of the will of John W. Butcher, deceased) to John Butcher, Stratford-upon-Avon, nurseryman and florist, of residue of lease granted in 1911 17 June 1924: Consent from Stratford Charity Trustees for the assignment of lease by John Butcher to Reginald Hudson, Stratford-upon-Avon. gent.
