Bargain and sale for the consideration of £5 between Richard Watts of Old Stratford, innholder on the first part and Thoams Mason of Stratford upn Avon on the second part. Property: Piece of ground being the garden of a cottage of the said Richard which he bought of Richard Flowrence situated in Cooke's Row by the Waterside, abutted on the north and south by a garden belonging to Thomas Mason, containing 1582 feet, together with ash by the said Thomas.
