Unexecuted lease for the annual rental of £10 between Edward Clopton of Clopton, esquire on the first part and Martha Burman of Old Stratford, widow on the second part. Property: messuage with barns, stables, outbuildings in Old Stratford late in the tenure of Thomas Burman, deceased, late husband of the said Martha, and now in the tenure of the said Martha. Free liberties for the said Martha to continue furnaces and other dying vessels and also the tacks to dye cloths in the same convenient place on the premises, if the rent is unpaid for 21 days, Edward Clopton may distrain goods until paid. 158
