Property: The Angel Inn, High Street, Stratford upon Avon now in the tenure of John Hornby with all barns, stables etc, except those buildings which heretofore belonged to the said Angel Inn now in the occupation of Thomas Ledbeten, butcher. Conditions: Horby to keep premises inrepair and to pay or allow from rent Land Tax and any parliamentary taxes. Also that Lees pays all taxes on property, Hornby to keep premises in repair and to pay from the rent the land tax.
