Property: messuage, barn, orchard and two little closes in Windsor Street or Hell Lane [Henley Lane/Windsor Street] in occupation of Thomas Cleever, yeoman and messuage and garden in Swine Street [Ely Street] in occupation of George Taska, mason and two closes called Salmon Tayle and Salmon Jole in occupation of Thomas Taylor, gentleman and Dovehouse Close in occupation of Edward Elderton, gentleman, to hld for 99 years at a peppercorn rent unless Rawlings repays £180 by 15th February 1576/7.
