Description

Agreement between William Arden (de Harderne) and Richard Kent of Kingston, that the said William would devise to the said Richard, a virgate of land in Kingston, for ten years, viz: [ ] John --- of Abingdon holds from the same William in the vill of Kingston, ... paying annually 8 shillings to William and 3d to the chief lord of the fee in lieu of services.
