Grant, release and quitclaim by Roger Leye and Matilda his wife to William Leye, of all their rights in various premises in Kingston, viz: 6d annual rent from a house and one virgate of land, with wards, heriots and reliefs, which John, son of Simon holds 3d annual rent from a house and half virgate of land which William son of Henry holds 1lb cumin annual rent from a house and half virgate of land which Roger, son of Henry of Begeworth holds 1 garden place lying between curtilage of grantors and the chapel of St Leonard Forty two and a half acres in the fields of Kingston; 1 virgate of meadow; 1 quarter in Hillmed[ow]; 1 pasture called ' Le Gore' lying in 'La Wold' John le Fis, his family, chattels, house and half virgate of land For the grat of the above, William has paid 40 shillings Witnesses: Sir John Ladbroke, knight; Sir Roger Clifton, knight; Thomas Pipe; Gilbert Harpur; Henry Yile; John Hache; John son of Simon
