Chesterton: early deeds

Description

Grant by Roger Leye of Kingston and Matilda his wife, to William Leye, his heirs and assigns, of 3d annual rent which William son of Henry owes form a messuage and half virgate of land in Kingston. Also they grant to the said William, one pound of cumin annual rent which Roger Begeworth owes for a messgaue and half virgate in Kingston. To hold these of the chief lord of the fee, together with rights, reliefs, wards, marriages escheats c arising thereform, for service due and accusotmed. Warranty clause.
